The Cookstown & District Chamber of Commerce is proud to introduce The Grand Easter Expo— and we’re inviting YOU to be part of it!

This is a FREE opportunity for Chamber Members to showcase your business directly to the community during one of our latest spring family event.

What the Chamber is Providing:

• Event space & promotion

• Easter Bunny Photo Op

• Easter Treat for attendees

• Community marketing and advertising

What Participating Members Must Provide:

To ensure a fun and engaging experience for families, all participating businesses are required to provide:

✔ An Easter-themed handout
(Examples: treats, small trinkets, branded Easter goodies, coupons, promo materials attached to treats, etc.)

OR

✔ An Easter-themed activity
(Examples: face painting, balloons, simple craft, colouring station, mini game, etc.)

Handouts may include your business details and promotional materials.

Important Details:

• Space is limited to the first 10 members who register

• A waitlist will be created based on interest and space availability

• Members must remain set up and engaged for the full event (Access available approx 9:30; event 10am–1pm)

• Family-friendly presentation required

This is your opportunity to:

This is not a vendor market or sales event — it’s an opportunity to creatively showcase your business, build brand recognition, and connect with local families in a fun, Easter-themed environment. You may sell your product/services but sales are not an expectation.
