Join us for a full day of spooky fun, creativity, and community spirit as local businesses, families, and friends come together to celebrate Halloween in true Cookstown style.

The Day at a Glance:

10:30 AM – Store & Sign Decorating Contest Judging
Watch as our local storefronts transform with frightful flair! Prizes will be awarded for the most creative displays — who will take home this year’s coveted BooNanza trophy?

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM – Downtown Trick-or-Treating
Pick up your BooNanza bag and trail map from one of our sponsor locations:
Mad Hatter’s Table, Cookstown Antique Market, The Valencia Team( nestseekers), Heidi Visser Realtor, L&L Real Estate Group, and Cookstown Dental Centre.
Then follow the trail of treats and goodies throughout town!

7:00 PM – Cookstown Haunted Ghost Walk
End the day with a thrill as you join the Haunted Ghost Walk, starting at the Cookstown Curling Club. ( Tickets on sale Events)

It’s a full day of fun for all ages!
Dress up in your best costume, bring the family, and experience the magic of Halloween in the heart of our community.
